Challenge Rules

• A standard competition basketball must be used for the attempt. The basketball may not be modified in any way.
• The basketball should be spun on the challenger’s toe.
• The spin must be initiated by the challenger. No other person may touch the ball at any time during the challenge.
• The challenger is allowed to start spinning the ball on his/her fingers and pass it on to his/her toe.
• The timing begins when the challenger releases his/her hand(s) from the ball and passes it onto the toe.
• If the ball stops spinning or falls off, the attempt is ended.
