This record is for the most spoons kicked and caught on the head in one minute.
The spoon must be stationary when on foot and about to be propelled in the air.
The spoon can be placed on foot by hand and then only the foot is used to propel spoon into the air.
The spoon must clearly be balanced on the forehead without the use of hands for at least 2 seconds. It must not ricochet from any other part of the body and must be clearly standing upright on forehead.
No other tools or equipment is allowed aside from the spoon as part of the attempt.
The body must remain straight throughout, i.e. no bending at the waist (we will accept slight bending at the knees during catching of spoon only)
