About This Challenge

The longest coin spinning duration is 25.56 seconds, achieved by Mark Kinder (UK), in Thatcham, Berkshire, UK, on 02 December 2011.

Challenge Rules

  • You should spin your coin a smooth, flat, dry surface of maximum dimensions 1m x 1m.
  • If you're in the UK, please use a 10p coin.
  • If you're in the USA, please use a 25 cent (quarter) coin.
  • If you're somewhere else, please use a coin of minimum weight 6g, maximum diameter 2.5cm, and a grooved edge.
  • The time starts when you let go of the coin, and stops when it has come to a complete rest.

    Why the #!$% does the leaderboard include the attempts that are falsified? Guinness, this is beyond stupid. Fix it.

    Wow World Record Guinness had set 25 seconds of round dip and made 26 ahead of him but last place Vsbibov currency this page is more accurately done 28 seconds and said he was most curious first place
