The most dominoes stacked in 30 seconds is 48 and was achieved by Silvio Sabba (Italy) in Pioltello, Milan, Italy, on 28 April 2013.

Standard commercially available dominoes must be used for this attempt with dimensions equal to or larger than 39 x 19 x 7 mm (1.5 x 0.75 x 0.25 in).
Dominoes must be arranged in a single layer, not touching one another, on a flat surface prior to the attempt.
Only one hand may be used for this attempt, the other must stay behind the back.
Start with hands flat on the table next to dominoes.
Dominoes to be stacked horizontally flat against one another (not vertically) in a single column.
Only one domino to be picked up and stacked at a time.
Should the tower fall over during the 30 seconds, the attempt is disqualified.
No additional aids are permitted to be used.
The stack must stand for 5 seconds unsupported after the 30 seconds. The attempt will be disqualified if any dominoes fall off in the 5 second time period.
