About This Challenge
The fastest time to type the alphabet on an iPad is 3.14 seconds, achieved by Chase Samuel (Canada) in Osler, Saskatchewan, Canada, on 22 February 2013.Challenge Rules
- The "notes" application must be used for this attempt
- The iPad must be held in one hand (either horizontally or vertically, with the other hand used for typing.
- The alphabet must be typed in either lower or upper case letters, with no errors, or spaces between the letters
- Errors include typing the same letter twice, including a space or unrelated letter, omitting a letter, or typing letters out of sequence.
- Any standard, internationally recognised keyboard layout may be used
