Hmm, no You need to either seperate PAL from NTSC, or use the conversion formulae, which can be found Here: http://www.mariokart64.com/top100.html or here http://cyberscore.me.uk/chart-3727.php
My time after conversion is 4:76, I can scarcely improve my time using a PAL console, you NEED to do this, because at the moment you are adjudicating unfairly, and you dont seem to know what you are doing as far as videogames go.
