It's only been out for just over a week, but Matt Lees from Official Xbox 360 Magazine looked like he'd been playing Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 his whole life when he set a formidable new world record for GWR Day. Attempting a new record for the fastest completion of MW3's 'Stay Sharp' Special Ops mission alongside his OXM colleague Mike Channell, Matt clocked up a lighting fast time of 25.9 seconds at the magazine's offices in London.

This record may be attempted on an Xbox 360, PS3, or PC. Consoles must be unmodified, and unmodified console controllers must be used.
You must use all the default in-game settings, with the exception of controller settings which may be customised. Note that default player loadout must be used - experience-based bonuses may NOT be used.
The time is taken using the game’s in-built clock.
Only three star runs are accepted - IE: no civilians may be shot.
Your video must show the following:
- The attempt in its entirety.
- The game disc and box.
- The display, console and controller used.
