Dear Dan, I timed the tower and see it stood for at least 5.4 seconds, thereby hopefully meeting the guidelines. My best attempt is right at the end, where I stop. As I emailed you about, you will be aware that I had melting chocolate, mis-shaping Ferrero Rochers, ones which dropped and hit the hard surfaces etc over 2 days of practising. In addition, I had to firm each onto the next to keep them steadied. So they're not looking very nice any more. I hope this would be a tie-breaker with Sabba. Regards, Alastair.

as you can see even in this video the sound is not syncronized with the video image. the "tock" that you hear is the sound that I make when I put the ferrero rochet on the table

Hi Dan, I did not squash these. I did not laterally flatten them, lick them, melt the chocolate on the heated surface to level them, remove pieces of nut, dip them in water or do any other sneaky trick. It took me ages, and I trust GWR will see that this can't be done very easily. Thank you and regards.
