Number 1 says 23 seconds but the 2nd place says 19.13 seconds. Maybe the records for MORE time...but i thought it was for the FASTEST time. Im sure im just confused and mistaken. If not than please explain to me so i can understand. Thank you.

Not sure, it should be for fastest time which is something that i think the judging will clear up, but until then i'm in second... awkward.
