    THE TITLE OF THIS SPORT IS SHUTA. IT IS A BILLIARD SPORT PLAYED IN A SOCCER WAY. IT INVOLVES TWO PLAYERS PLAYING ON 12FT BY 6FT TABLE, A MODIFY-ABLE DIMENSION. THE AIM OF THE TWO PLAYER OR TWO TEAMS IS TO SHOOT FROM CERTAIN 13 SHOOTING POINTS WITH THE AIM OF MAKING A GOAL. THE LARGEST GOAL SCORER SHALL BE THE GAME WINNER.

    THERE ARE RULES AND REGULATIONS IN SHUTA BILLIARD SPORT. THERE IS AN OFFICIATING REFERE WHOSE RESPONSIBLITY IS TO: POSITION THE SHUTA POOL BALL ON THE SHOOTING POINT, AFTER WHICH THE WHISTLE WILL BE BLOWN INDICATING THAT THE BALL IS READY FOR SHOOT. AFTER THE WHISTLE HAS BEEN BLOWN, THE REFEREE STARTS MEASURING HIS STOP WATCH BECAUSE THE PLAYER MUST NOT EXCEED 90 SECOND THAT HE MUST HAVE MADE HIS SHOT. IMMEDIATELY 90 SECOND IS EXCEEDED, THE PLAYER SHALL BE PENALISED BY ISSUEING A WHITE CARD WHICH IS ONE GOAL DEDUCTION FROM THE PLAYER'S TOTAL GOALS. SHOULD THIS OFFENCE RECUR ON THE FOURTH TIME, THE PLAYER SHALL BE ELIMINATED OUT OF THE MATCH BY ISSUING A BLACK CARD. No player has the right to adjust ball that the referee has indicated ready for shoot. Player that does such would be warned but on a fifth time, such player would be issued a Blue Card which is One-Ten (1/10 or 0.1) goal deduction from the player’s total goals. No player shall be liable for ball that rolls off shooting point due to external influences such as wind etc. All the thirteen shots must be made in order of the numbers on the Shooting Points. . The referee is provided with a Portable Marker Erase-able Score Board which enhance the recording of all the shots made by both players or teams.
